Refund, Return & Exchange Policy for CherryGloShop

At CherryGloShop, most of our products are customized and made specifically for each customer. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect photos, text, or details submitted by the customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect caused by us

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • The order is cancelled before production starts
  • The item is damaged or incorrect
  • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement or exchange

Customized products that have already been printed or shipped are non-refundable.

Approved refunds for bank transfer orders will be sent to the customer’s provided bank account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before printing or production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Payments

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Direct Bank Transfer

Customers paying through bank transfer may be asked to share payment proof for verification.
